Big VillageIT charges a one hour minimum for all on-site work during normal business hours. After hours and emergency services are billed as contracted or arranged at the time of the call. A 15 minute minimum charge applies to all off-site work (I.E., phone calls, e-mail support, etc.). Off-site work is billed in 15 minute increments and is then rounded up to the next 15 minute interval. Fixed rate contracts are available for clients meeting specific criteria.
